Kitty’s Cookie Jar ships Monday through Friday.

Shipping charges are a best guess and can be complicated when combining orders. Any overcharge on shipping fees will be refunded.

Actual shipping times will increase during the holiday season. Kitty’s Cookie Jar will not be held responsible for shipping delays regardless of carrier. Keep this in mind if you need your order by a certain date.

Local pickup is available in Lynnwood, Washington.

A mutually agreeable day and  time will be set.

If you miss your pickup day/time you will be allowed to set a second day and time.

If you miss the second pickup day/time you will forfeit your order and your order will be donated.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR ORDER!!!
